Shippensburg University has the resources in place for you to proactively take care of your body with a 64,000-square-foot recreation center with multipurpose courts, an elevated track, free weights, power lift stations and cardiovascular machines as well as group classes and more.

The campus also includes Etter Health Services, which assists you with both illness prevention and basic medical care.

Big Red's Cupboard is an on-campus food pantry available to you if you have food insecurity. And if you are a nursing student, there are lactation rooms available in multiple locations on campus.
