How to Schedule
To schedule an appointment, visit Student Success Collaborative (SSC), and follow these instructions. Once you confirm your appointment, check your Ship email for a confirmation email.
If you have trouble scheduling, please call 717-477-1420 or email JGHartzok@ship.edu.
In an effort to serve all students, we ask that you please do not schedule back-to-back appointments for the same service. We encourage distributed learning, which involves study sessions of relatively short duration (1-hour or less) over a period of time.
Zoom
Appointments are currently taking place in person. If you are unable to attend your appointment in person, please join using the embedded Zoom link in your confirmation email. To use Zoom, you will need internet access and a computer equipped with a camera and microphone. For instructions on how to use Zoom for tutoring, please click here.
If you do not have the proper equipment for Zoom, please visit the technology resources page. Please be sure to have the appropriate technology by the time of your appointment.
