Biology Minor

The biology minor is a great addition for anyone looking for a strong background in science, particularly the study of living organisms.

What Will I Learn?

You will learn the structure and function of life from the required introductory courses in cellular biology, genetics and diversity of life. Beyond that, you will be exposed to advanced concepts and skills related to your particular interests or major from elective courses.

What are the requirements for this degree?

The minor requires you to complete 19 credits between two required four-credit classes and electives you choose. You must earn a C or better in the two required courses.
