Previous Year Tuition, Fees, and Housing:
Fall 2023 - Spring 2024

 

Shippensburg University's tuition and fees are set by the State System of Higher Education's Board of Governors and/or Shippensburg University's Council of Trustees.

Fall 2023 bills were available online July 5, 2023 and were due August 7, 2023. Spring 2024 bills were available online November 13, 2023 and was due January 8, 2024.

  • An orientation fee of $150.00 is charged to all new undergraduate students in their first semester at Shippensburg University.
  • A $10.00 per credit Off Campus Support Fee is charged to students taking courses at specific locations.
  • A Field Placement fee of $100.00 per semester is charged to teacher education students seeking certification and taking Teacher Education courses.

Additional undergraduate, out-of-state tuition is billed at the part time (per credit) rate for any additional credits above the full time range.

Delinquent Accounts: No student shall be enrolled, receive a diploma, or receive a transcript until all previous accounts have been paid. Accounts delinquent for 90 days are turned over to the Pennsylvania Attorney General for Collection.
