Graduate and undergraduate students enrolled at Shippensburg University may reside on campus during the summer. If you plan to live on campus, you will be charged according to the number of weeks you reside on campus during the summer. Please contact Housing & Residence Life at housing@ship.edu to secure housing for the summer.
Graduate students will reside in Mowrey at a cost of $128/week. ASP students will reside in McLean Hall during the Summer B term. All other students will reside in McCune Hall for the summer. Students will be housed in B Units when available at a cost of $171/week. Costs for other units vary according to the unit type Those who reside in housing will also be billed for a 14 Meal Plan at $102/wk. The 19 Meal Plan ($129/wk.) and the 10 Meal Plan ($87/wk.) are also available. If you wish to have either of those meal plans instead of the 14 Meal Plan, please contact the Student Accounts Office at 717-477-1211 or studentaccts@ship.edu.

Refund Policy for Dropped Courses
Students are not charged for any courses dropped during the “drop period” at the start of each Summer term or part of Summer term. After the last date of the drop period, NO REFUNDS will be given for any dropped or withdrawn courses. Charges will not be reduced.
- Summer A (Full Term) - last day to drop for 100% refund - 5/22/2024
- Summer B (Full Term) - last day to drop for 100% refund - 7/3/2024
These dates may not apply to PCDE courses or courses that do not begin on the first scheduled date of each summer term.
Refund Policy for Summer Term Withdrawals
Students may drop or withdraw from all summer classes through myShip.
Technology tuition fee, advance deposits, orientation fee, field placement fee and off campus support fees are non-refundable.
