Shippensburg University (SU) has a long and rich history of preparing some of the best teachers in the Commonwealth. The Teacher Education Department (TED) offers both undergraduate (U) and graduate (G) programs that are nationally accredited.

Great question! Shippensburg University offers a variety of programs at all educational levels. A full list of Programs offered can be found here. But, TED specific programs can be found below.
UNDERGRADUATE
- Elementary Education: PK-4 (certification or non-certification track)
- Middle Level/Elementary: Grades 4-8 (concentrations: Math, Social Studies, Language Arts, Science, or any combination of two)
- Secondary Education (Mathematics, Biology, Spanish, French, Chemistry, History/Social Studies, Geography/Social Studies, English, Art, General Science, Physics)
- Special Education & Early Childhood Education
