Textbook and Ancillary Materials Scholarship Fund Application

  • Students completing the scholarship application are required to be enrolled in one of the undergraduate or graduate programs within the COEHS.
  • Scholarship awards are limited to $100 per award.
  • Scholarship funds are available on a first-come, first-served basis.

By completing this application, you acknowledge the following: If renting, you will need to have a credit card on file to ensure that you return the book (s) at the end of the rental period. Hard copies of textbooks purchased through these funds must be returned by the end of the semester to CSEAS in Shippen 211. It will then be cataloged and made available to future student use.

Upon review of the application, a determination will be made, and an e-mail notification will be sent to each applicant from Dr. Samuel R. Benbow, Scholarship Administrator, with further directions.
