Copyright Transfer Agreement

CONSENT TO PUBLISH
The author grants exclusively to Journal of Business Disciplines (JBD)all rights now or hereafter protected by the copyright laws (common or statutory) of the United States and all foreign countries in all languages to the above named article all subsidiary rights. JBD grants to the author:

1. The right to make copies for the author's own teaching use, or post electronically on an educational online course management system with limited or private access
2. The right of republication in any book of which he or she is the author or editor, provided acknowledgment is made of the article's initial appearance in JBD and notice of publication is sent in writing to the journal
3. The right to use figures and tables in future publications, provided acknowledgment is made of their initial appearance in JBD

SUBSIDIARY RIGHTS AND COMPENSATION
The author will receive no monetary return from JBD for its publication of this material. Should JBD receive any requests to reprint or translate all or any portion of the author's article (other than a one-time copy for educational use), the publisher will attempt to obtain the author's approval for the requested use. All monies remitted to the journal for such use will be divided equally between the author(s) and the journal.

AUTHORSHIP RESPONSIBILITY: The undersigned hereby affirm:

(a) This manuscript represents original, unpublished material that is not under editorial consideration elsewhere, in whole or in part other than in abstract form.
(b) The manuscript and this submission form identify all co-authors who have substantially contributed to the concept, data collection, and analysis, or preparation of the manuscript and therefore who may have intellectual property claims to the content.

The authors will obtain and include with the manuscript written permission from any respective copyright owners for the use of any textual, illustrative, or tabular materials that have been previously published or are otherwise copyrighted and owned by third parties. The copyrighted material is clearly identified and copyright ownership acknowledged within the text.
(f) The undersigned attest that those individuals or institutions in the Acknowledgments or Personal Communications are aware that their names appear.
