OneDrive for Business

OneDrive for Business is available by request to Ship employees who need more granular control over the ad-hoc sharing of files, folders, and data.

Please refer to the university's Data Classification Policy for more information on the types of data that can be stored on OneDrive.

Requesting access

At this time, OneDrive for Business is available by request by e-mailing helpdesk@ship.edu. OneDrive will be rolled out more broadly to university employees in the future.

** Note:  Employees do NOT need a OneDrive for Business account to access/collaborate on files shared with them.  An account is only required if you are sharing files/folders with others.

Accessing OneDrive for Business

To log in to OneDrive, please visit https://www.onedrive.com and click the Sign In link.  Use your @ship.edu e-mail address and password to sign in.

Using OneDrive for Business

Please reference the documentation below for using OneDrive to upload files and folders, as well as share items with other university employees.
