Please make your requests for videoconferencing rooms at least a week in advance. You will need to provide complete information on the far sites you wish to connect to, including IP addresses, contact information at far site, etc. Usually a test call (especially if to a site not called before) will be made in advance of the scheduled video conference to insure connectivity. If you haven’t been trained in use of the videoconferencing room, you will need to schedule training before the video conference.

Room support is provided through Media Services, extension 1647 or 1646.

Training on use of rooms is available through IDDS, ext. 3439, or through Dan Rebert, Scott Donald, or Michael Yoh at Media Services, ext. 1646.

Room systems are left on, in the sleep mode.
