Student Accounts

Effective June 27, 2024, at approximately 10:00 pm and until further notice, all billing and payment systems will be unavailable due to various system implementations.

During this time, you will not be able to:

  • view any billings and/or statements
  • make payment
  • enroll in a payment plan
  • add authorized users

We understand this is not ideal, but it is necessary to be able to offer you the best service possible. Additional communication will be sent when we are live with our new systems.  Monday, July 8, 2024, is our expected date to go live, but please bear with us as we make this transition.

The Student Accounts Office is responsible for the assessment and collection of student tuition and fees. We manage all university revenue, student payments and refunds, third party scholarships and billing, military billing and bad debt collections.

We can help you:

  • Find important deadlines and instructions for paying your bill
  • Understand the various fees on your bill
  • Answer frequently asked questions about topics such as fees, paying your bill, financial aid, and payment plans.

Bills will be available online. Paper bills are not mailed. You will receive an email through your ship.edu email account when bills are ready to view online. Check your ship.edu email account regularly for important billing information updates.

Please include your student ID number on all payments, letters, emails, faxes and voicemail messages for the Student Accounts office.
