Completed tests can be picked up at the Helpdesk located in MCT 054 during the following hours:

Monday - Thursday:  

8:00AM to 9:00PM

Friday: 

8:00AM to 5:00PM

The Shippensburg University Faculty/Staff Help Desk
offers technical support service for all  faculty
and staff members employed by the University!

The Faculty/Staff Help Desk is conveniently located near the center of the campus within the Mathematics and Computing Technologies Center in MCT054 as part of the Technical Support Center.  The Faculty/Staff Help Desk can be easily contacted by calling the HELP line (4357 option 2) or by e-mail address: helpdesk@ship.edu

The goal of the Faculty/Staff Help Desk is to serve the technical support needs of all faculty and staff members on the Shippensburg University campus.  All faculty and staff members are encouraged to contact the Faculty/Staff Help Desk for any of your technical support questions and needs.
