IDDS Events

Mission and Vision

Mission

The Instructional Design and Development Services (IDDS) is a department within Shippensburg University Lehman Library, reporting to the Dean Library and Multimedia Services. IDDS staff assists instructors by providing information in effective technology practices regarding teaching and learning. IDDS supports Shippensburg University mission of "effective innovative teaching" by collaborating and sharing information with instructors on effective technology practices as well as the role technology plays in teaching and learning and by providing support for instructor-led projects.

Vision

The Instructional Design and Development Services department envision an enriched academic environment at Shippensburg University that facilitates and supports effective teaching and professional development, and encourages the integration of instructional technologies.
