Meet the Team
Campus Apartments, a Philadelphia-based developer of university-related real estate has assembled a team of industry leaders that includes Cube3 Studio, a Massachusetts-based architecture firm with an expertise in campus planning and student housing design. Collectively, these firms have designed over 15,000 student beds within the last 5 years.
Project Owner: Shippensburg University Student Services, Inc.
Shippensburg University, Student Services, Inc. (SSI) is an independent nonprofit organization that serves as the voice for the student community regarding policies that govern the general welfare of students. SSI, in addition to being the governing body for nearly 150 funded student clubs and organizations at Shippensburg University, administers all student activities monies along with the disbursement of the annual budget for these clubs and organizations including Athletics.
SSI manages and coordinates student services and is involved in special projects such as the Performing Arts Center, the Student Recreation Center, the CUB expansion projects and others for the purpose of enhancing the college experience for the student community.
SSI's goal is to supplement and complement the formal education on the Shippensburg University campus by seeking to create a forum for student dialogue and involvement, and provide beneficial programs and activities, while fostering an environment of social well being and enhanced collaboration among the university community.
